Many of our Year 11 catering students have finished their coursework and have completed the final practical’s. This year’s students have been particularly talented with their creativity around meal construction and nutritionally balanced menus. Their commitment has not just been towards their exams, throughout the year they have created cakes and buns for charity and school events. Ms Giblin will be sorry to see them leave yet she is convinced they will be serving up the food in the local area in the next few years.
